Terms of service

Terms & conditions

The terms on which Titan Labs supplies research peptides. By placing an order you accept them.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern all sales made through this website. They apply in place of any conflicting terms you may propose, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Orders & contract formation

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error is evident, or where we have reason to believe our research use only policy would be breached. Any payment taken is refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We accept SEPA bank transfer and cryptocurrency; orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. Stack discounts are applied automatically in the cart.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, rates and timescales are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Permitted use

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our research use only policy forms part of these terms, and ordering constitutes acceptance of it. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any import restrictions.

6. Warranty & liability

We warrant that products conform to the specification set out in their published Certificate of Analysis at the point of dispatch. Claims are handled under our refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of products outside their permitted scope. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
