1. Scope of permitted use

Products supplied by Titan Labs are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel in an appropriate setting. Typical permitted contexts include analytical method development, reference standard comparison, cell-culture and biochemical assay work, and stability or purity studies.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use, or allow anyone else to use, products purchased from Titan Labs for:

• Human consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application or any other form of human administration.
• Veterinary or animal administration of any kind.
• Manufacture, compounding or formulation of any medicinal, cosmetic or food product.
• Resale or distribution to any party for the purposes above.
• Any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose whatsoever.

3. Buyer eligibility & responsibility

By placing an order you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age.
• Are a qualified purchaser acting for legitimate research purposes.
• Have the facilities, training and authority to handle research chemicals safely.
• Will comply with all laws and institutional rules applicable in your jurisdiction.

Determining whether a given compound may lawfully be imported and held in your country is your responsibility. If you are unsure, check before ordering — we cannot refund parcels seized or refused at customs.

4. Handling & storage

Treat all products as potentially hazardous research chemicals. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, handle in a suitable laboratory environment, and follow your institution’s safety procedures.

Lyophilised peptides are shelf-stable for several weeks at room temperature. For long-term storage, keep them frozen at −20°C and protected from light; once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

5. No medical advice

No content on this website — including product descriptions, blog articles, Certificates of Analysis and any correspondence with our team — constitutes medical advice, a recommendation for use in humans, or a suggestion of any therapeutic benefit.

Our support team cannot answer questions about dosing, administration or therapeutic application, and will decline to do so regardless of how the question is framed.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to decline service to any customer, where we have reason to believe products may be used outside the terms of this policy. Where an order is cancelled on these grounds, payment is refunded in full.
