How we handle your data

1. What we collect

• Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, and the contents of your order.
• Payment data: confirmation of payment from our payment providers. We never see or store full bank or card details.
• Account data: if you create an account, your login credentials and order history.
• Correspondence: messages you send our support team.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

2. Why we process it

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling and delivering your order), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and on the basis of legitimate interest (fraud prevention, site security, and answering support enquiries).

Marketing email is sent only where you have given consent, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run the shop: our shipping carrier (name and delivery address), our payment providers (order reference and amount), and our hosting and email providers. All are bound by data processing agreements.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Technical logs are rotated within 30 days.

5. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart and session working, and to remember your light or dark theme preference and age confirmation. Analytics cookies, where used, are set only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
